"Mr Parvin has been in regular contact with our school over the last year, offering his support and expertise in repairing our laptops and school computers on a voluntary basis, all in his own time. He has also been there to offer advice whenever we have needed it for equipment such as video cameras and other technical equipment.
On numerous occasions we have had technical problems with our ICT equipment, and Mr Parvin has been excellent at organising the repairs and return of them in complete working order. This has certainly saved the school in terms of finance, and I am extremely grateful to him. His support has been invaluable to us.
Mr Parvin has always been very reliable in ensuring that he has collected and returned the computers to school, and given valuable feedback to staff. Technical support for ICT in schools is a very difficult and demanding job, and without Mr Parvin's support we would be really struggling.
