About Eli Services
Eli Services was set up by Daniel Parvin.
Daniel started working with computers more than 14 years ago, building them from component parts. Since then he has gained a wealth of experience whilst working within different sectors of the IT industry.
Matthew Johnson
Matthew became interested in IT at the age of 10 his father brought home a computer from work for home working. He forgot the mouse and returned to work. By the time he returned (only a matter of 10 or so mins) Matthew had figured out using the keyboard to open and manipulate applications. This was the start of his flair for problem solving. After he progressed through high school, always helping out with the IT department he moved onto IT at collage receiving merits and distinctions for most of his work. This led onto a career in IT starting on a helpdesk remotely fixing the problems that were presented. In a short time Matthew was the helpdesk team leader, in this role he touched upon technologies like Microsoft Exchange, Small Business Server and VPN technologies, the core of any business. Soon, Matthew moved into Desktop support providing care to internal employees regarding all aspects of IT. He currently specialises in looking after SMEs.
